Refund policy

We hope you love your purchases and are completely satisfied; however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items, returns will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for a store credit or exchange only. Any items sent back outside the time frame, will not be eligible for return.  Please contact us by email to process the return or exchange.  A return shipping label will be emailed to you for an easy return/exchange, free of charge.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items that are being returned must be in original condition with all the tags attached, the item must be unworn, free of fragrance, free of deodorant, no makeup stains, no smell of cigarette smoke, and free of any rips or tears. Please include the packing slip with your return.

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of being delivered. Please email us at info@mirrormirrorboutiqueonline.com to report the damaged items.
